Some of the pieces we make at live events aren't listed individually, including slate coasters, charcuterie boards, powder-coated bottles and tumblers, wine glasses, and decanters. It Starts With A Question.
A guest walks up to the table. They have been watching the laser move for a minute, not sure what they're looking at.
"Wait, you're making these right now?"
Yes. Right now. They give us a name, or a date, or two initials that mean something only they understand. Sixty seconds later, it's in their hand, still warm from the laser.
They turn it over. They run a thumb across the engraving. And then the part we love: they don't put it down.
Most event favors get left on the table at the end of the night. The candle, the koozie, the little bag of almonds. People forget them on purpose.
This one goes in a pocket. It goes on a desk. It gets shown to the person standing next to them, who then gets in line too.

A 6-foot table and access to a standard outlet. The laser station and material display fit comfortably in a 6'x4' footprint.
No louder than a quiet printer. The smoke filter adds a soft white-noise hum. It works in cocktail-hour ambient noise without distraction.
Yes, with a covered shelter (tent, pavilion, or awning). We will provide a tent if needed. We don't engrave in direct sun or rain.
60-180 seconds, depending on the design and material. Most simple monograms run under a minute.
Yes. BYO is one of our four material categories. Tumblers, glassware, books, and many wood items work. Send photos in advance so we can confirm compatibility.
Saturday weddings book 3-6 months out. Corporate events and weekday events can often book within 4-6 weeks.
We carry $2M general liability and inland marine coverage. We can name your venue as additional insured on request.
Yes. PRWMade Live is based in Hamilton, Ohio (just north of Cincinnati) and we travel free within 60 miles. Cincinnati metro, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton are all in our standard travel zone.
Yes. Corporate activations are one of our most-booked event types. We engrave on company-branded materials (wood, leather, anodized aluminum, powder-coated drinkware) and can adapt your logo into a clean engraving file. Trade shows, employee appreciation events, and client gifting events all fit the same model.
Guests pick from a curated material menu, enter their name or initials on a tablet, and watch the engraver work. Most pieces finish in 60-90 seconds. We arrive 30 minutes early to set up, run the station through your selected window, and tear down after. Your favor table becomes the entertainment.
