Thanks for shopping PRWMade! Every piece is handmade in Hamilton, Ohio, and here's how it gets to you.

Processing time

  • Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Custom and personalized pieces can take longer, and I'll tell you the timeline before I start.

Shipping costs

  • Orders over $50 ship free within the USA via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Orders under $50: shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight.
  • Little Wooden Things subscription boxes ship free.

Shipping methods and delivery times

You'll see your options and exact rates at checkout. Delivery times below are carrier estimates and start once your order ships.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
  • UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery: 1-5 business days
  • FedEx 2Day: 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air: next business day

Tracking

  • You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
  • If you made an account, you can also log in to follow your order.

Where I ship

  • I ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available right now.

Packaging

  • Everything is packed with care in eco-friendly materials.

Damaged or lost packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, email ryan@prwmade.com within 48 hours with a photo and I'll replace or refund it.
  • Once the carrier confirms delivery, PRWMade is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please contact the carrier directly in that case.
