Built around your group, not a catalog
Most fundraisers hand you the same catalog everyone else sells. Mine starts with what makes your group yours. You can sell pieces already in my shop, or we design items that carry your name, logo, mascot, or colors. Schools, sports teams, booster clubs, nonprofits, and community groups all fit. Your supporters get a real product they want, and your group keeps a meaningful share of every order.

Supporters shop your collection through your group's link or code. Every order is tracked to your group automatically.
We proof the custom work
For branded or personalized pieces, we send a proof for your approval before anything is made.
Your group earns
We craft and ship every order from Ohio. Your group keeps its share of each sale, and every order plants trees, removes plastic, and protects bees through Greenspark.
No minimum, paid monthly: There's no minimum to run an online drive. I handle every payment and make each piece as orders come in. Your group's live dashboard shows what you've earned in real time, and payouts go out once a month for the prior month via PayPal, Stripe, Venmo, or check. Custom items typically ship in 5–7 days; non-personalized items in 3–5 days. During peak seasons, timelines can run longer - I'll always tell you before you commit.

Submit the whole batch at once and pay a single invoice. Your group keeps 55% of the drive.
Minimum & how you're paid: Bulk drives start at a $500 order (retail value of what your group sells). Your group keeps 55%. You collect the orders and payments yourself and send the 45% production share before I begin making anything - no invoicing terms, so there's nothing to carry. Most bulk drives are ready in about 2–3 weeks; once we lock your items and quantities, I'll give you a firm date before you start collecting.

We make everything together in Ohio and ship it to you to hand out. Every order still gives back through Greenspark.

When you run a fundraiser with PRWMade, you deal with one person from start to finish - me!
I make every piece by hand in my Ohio workshop, set up your bulk order or online store myself, and answer your questions directly. No rep, no call center, no minimums buried in fine print.
There's no fee to apply and nothing to pay upfront, so your group has nothing to lose by starting. And every order that runs through your fundraiser gives back through Greenspark - trees planted, ocean plastic removed, bee habitat funded.

Bulk fundraisers keep 55% of each sale. Online fundraisers keep 30%. You can run both at once.
No. There is no fee to apply or to set up a fundraiser.
Bulk: your group collects orders and payments directly and keeps 55%, sending the 45% production share before I start. Online: I collect every payment and pay your group once a month for the previous month via PayPal, Stripe, Venmo, or check, and your dashboard shows earnings in real time.
Bulk orders are usually ready in about 2–3 weeks; we can confirm the exact timeline once we know your items and quantities. Online orders ship as they come in - typically 5–7 days for custom pieces, 3–5 days for non-personalized items.
Anything in my shop, custom-branded pieces with your logo or colors, exclusive items we design together, and non-wood options like tumblers and metal card holders.
Your group gets a unique link and code. Every order placed through it is tracked to your group and counts toward your earnings.
