What This Warranty Covers:

- This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues related to the quality of materials and workmanship.
- PRWMade also offer refinishing services to restore your jewelry to its original condition.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, improper care, exposure to water, or intentional damage.
- It also does not cover normal wear and tear or changes in the appearance of the wood over time due to natural aging.

A Note on Custom Products

Custom and personalized items are covered under this warranty for manufacturing defects only. Because custom items are made to your approved specifications, the warranty does not cover dissatisfaction with design choices that were approved during the proofing process.

If you notice a defect after receiving your custom order, reach out to us and we'll take care of it.

Claim Process:

- To make a warranty claim, please reach out with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the jewelry or provide a refund up to the value of the original purchase price at our discretion.

Limitations:

- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- The coverage is limited to the value of the purchase price.
