Materials & care
Materials we use
Sustainably sourced hardwoods, .925 sterling silver, and 18k gold-plated stainless steel. All metals are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. Every piece is finished with a protective sealant for durability.
How to care for your piece
Remove before showering, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes. Wipe wood surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Polish silver with a silver cloth if it develops patina. Store pieces individually to avoid scratching.
What to avoid
Prolonged water exposure, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and storing pieces loose together in a jewelry box.

Every custom order includes a free digital proof sent to you by email. You'll review the design and work directly with us to make sure every detail is right. You can request as many revisions as you need -- there's no limit and no extra charge.
Nothing ships until you say so
Your item only goes into production after you've approved the final proof. If something doesn't look right, we fix it. You're never locked into a design you're not happy with.

How long until I receive it?
In-stock items
Ships within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout.
Custom orders
Custom items are made to order and typically take 3-5 business days for production, plus 1-3 business days for shipping. If your order includes a design proof, you'll have a chance to review and approve it before production begins.
Holiday season
Orders placed between November and December may take slightly longer. Rush processing may be available for time-sensitive orders.
