Processing Time

At PRWMade, every item is handcrafted with care, ensuring the highest quality while maintaining a commitment to sustainability. Because of this, please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for us to make and package items if they are out of stock.
  • 3-5 business days from artwork approval for custom orders, in addition to shipping time.

Orders ship once all items in the order are ready. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order to discuss rush options (subject to availability and additional fees).

Holiday & Peak Season Notice: During busy seasons, such as the winter holidays, processing times may be extended. Please plan accordingly and order early to avoid delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

PRWMade offers multiple shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping. Estimated transit times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: Varies by location (typically 7-21 business days, depending on customs processing)

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping Considerations

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control, and we are unable to predict exact delivery times for international orders.
  • PRWMade is not responsible for packages held in customs or returned due to unpaid fees.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require extra time and attention to detail.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for production after artwork approval, in addition to shipping time.
  • Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If you have a specific deadline, reach out before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Rush production may be available for an additional fee.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Shipments

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but once your order has been shipped, PRWMade is not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed by the shipping carrier
  • Packages marked as "delivered" but not received
  • Lost or stolen packages

If your package is missing:

  1. Check with your neighbors and local post office to see if it was delivered nearby.
  2. If your package was lost in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly for resolution.
  3. If you would like additional protection, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund for eligible cases.
