At PRW Made, PRWMade strives to provide PRWMade customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. I understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we are here to assist you with a hassle-free return policy.

30-Day Return Window

PRWMade offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. This means you have 30 days to request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

If you would like to initiate a return, please reach out at support@PRWMade.com. Our dedicated customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.

Exceptions to Returns

While PRWMade strives to accommodate all returns, there are certain exceptions to our return policy. The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom products, including special orders or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods, such as beauty products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item for return, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return and placing a separate order for the desired item. This will ensure the fastest processing and delivery of your new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply to these returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please reach out at support@PRWMade.com. I will assist you in resolving any refund-related issues.

Custom and Personalized Products

All custom and personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded. Because every custom order includes a free digital proof and unlimited revisions before production, you have full control over the final design before anything is made.

If your custom item arrives with a manufacturing defect (wrong engraving, printing error, or damage during production), contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to make it right. This may include remaking the item at no additional cost.

Custom orders that have been approved and produced to the specifications you signed off on are considered final sale.
