    Send us your design in PNG, SVG, AI, or PDF format. High-resolution files at 300 DPI or above work best. Not sure if your file will work? Send it anyway. We'll let you know.

  • Step 2: Approve your proof

    We create a free digital mockup showing exactly how your design will appear on wood. Nothing goes to production until you approve it. Revisions are free.

  • Step 3: Production and shipping

    Once approved, most orders are produced within 3 to 5 business days, depending on quantity. Orders ship free via USPS with tracking.

UV printing applies full-color ink directly to the wood surface and cures instantly with UV light. Best for designs with color, gradients, photography, or detailed artwork. The wood grain shows through lighter areas, giving every piece a unique look.

What is the minimum order quantity for bulk custom products?

Our minimum is 25 units per design. This applies to all product types: pins, stickers, keychains, and tokens. There is no maximum.

How does your pricing work? Do prices drop at higher quantities?

Yes. All of our bulk products use tiered pricing. The per-unit cost decreases as your order quantity increases. You can see the exact price breaks on each product page by selecting a quantity tier. If you need a quote for 500+ units or mixed products, contact us directly.

What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?

We accept PNG, SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF files. For best results, submit vector files (SVG or AI) or raster images at 300 DPI or higher. If you only have a low-resolution file, send it over, and we'll let you know whether it will work before you commit to anything.

Can I get a physical sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We can produce a single sample unit for you to evaluate before committing to a full run. Sample pricing and turnaround times vary by product type. Reach out to us with your artwork, and we'll provide a quote for a sample.

What is the turnaround time for bulk orders?

Most bulk orders are produced in 3 to 5 business days after proof approval. Larger orders (200+ units) may take up to 10 business days. Rush production is available on a case-by-case basis. Shipping is free via USPS and typically takes 2 to 5 business days after production.

What kind of wood do you use?

All of our bulk products are made from genuine Maple hardwood. Maple offers a clean, light surface with tight grain, which makes it ideal for both laser engraving and UV printing. Every piece has subtle natural variation in grain pattern, so no two are exactly identical. Learn more about the woods we use.

What is the difference between laser engraving and UV printing?

Laser engraving burns your design into the wood, creating a permanent, tactile mark in a single tone. UV printing applies full-color ink onto the wood surface using ultraviolet light to cure it instantly. Choose engraving for clean logos and text. Choose UV printing for designs that require color, gradients, or photographic detail.

Can I mix different designs in one order?

Yes! For orders under 50, you can split your order into 2 designs. For orders up to 200, you can split them into 3 designs.
