- We send a digital proof to your email within 1-2 business days.
- You approve it (or request changes) and we start production.
- Your finished piece ships within 5-7 business days of proof approval.

What to avoid
- Very long messages on small pieces (they get hard to read)
- Tiny decorative fonts at small sizes
- Copyrighted logos or artwork we don't have rights to use

Care
- Keep dry. Remove before showering, swimming, or washing hands.
- Avoid lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products. They can dull the finish over time.
- Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth. No polish, no water.
- Store in the pouch or box it came in to prevent scratches.

Returns
Personalized, custom orders are final sale. If something arrives damaged or there's an error on our end, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right.

We send a digital proof to your email within 1-2 business days of your order. Nothing gets cut or engraved until you approve it. If you want to tweak the text, font, or layout, just reply to the proof email.
