Domestic (US): USPS Priority Mail, 1-3 business days after your order ships. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of being placed. Custom and personalized items may take an extra day or two.

Every piece ships in plantable seed paper packaging that grows wildflowers. It doubles as a gift wrap.

Wood: Each piece is laser-cut from sustainably sourced hardwood, hand-sanded smooth, and finished with a food-safe linseed oil and beeswax blend. Natural wood grain means no two pieces are exactly alike.
Hardware: Hypoallergenic, nickel-free posts and hooks. Sterling silver chains and findings on necklaces. Gold-plated earwire options are also nickel-free and safe for sensitive ears.
Daily care: Put jewelry on after lotions, perfume, and hairspray have absorbed. Remove before showering or swimming. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing.
Refreshing the finish: If the wood looks a little dry after a few months, rub a small drop of food-safe mineral oil onto the surface, let it sit for a minute, and buff with a clean cloth.

Exchanges: If you'd like a different wood type or size, email me at ryan@prwmade.com. I'll send a prepaid return label and get the replacement started as soon as I receive the original.
Refunds: If you'd prefer a refund, I'll process it within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom and personalized orders are final sale since they're made specifically for you. That said, if there's a quality issue or I made a mistake on the personalization, I'll fix it at no cost.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Please send returns to the address included in your order confirmation. Items should be unworn and in their original packaging.
Every piece I make is hand-finished and inspected before it ships. If something doesn't meet the standard you'd expect from a handcrafted product, I'll replace it.
This isn't fine print. If the finish chips, the hardware fails, or something just doesn't look right when it arrives, email me at ryan@prwmade.com with a photo. I'll either send a replacement or make it right another way.

Frequently asked questions
The wood is sealed with a food-safe linseed oil and beeswax finish that handles incidental moisture, but it's not waterproof. Remove before showering, swimming, or heavy exercise. If it gets wet, pat dry with a soft cloth and it'll be fine.
All hardware is hypoallergenic and nickel-free. Earring posts and hooks are surgical-grade stainless steel. Necklace chains and findings are sterling silver. Gold-plated options are also nickel-free.
Most pieces can be engraved with a name, initials, date, or short message at no extra cost. Use the text field on the product page to enter your personalization. If a product isn't engravable, the field won't appear.
