Don't worry too much about having the "perfect" file. We've worked with everything from professional vector logos to phone screenshots, and we'll always let you know upfront if we need something different.

For photo-based projects
Any clear photo works. Natural daylight and a steady hand help, but we can enhance older or slightly blurry images. Send a few options if you have them.

For logos and artwork
Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) give us the crispest result. High-res PNG or JPG work too. If you only have a small file from your website, send what you have and we'll assess it.

For monograms and pre-made designs
Just provide your initials or text and any style preferences. We'll create a custom proof for your approval before anything is produced.

We also accept
Scans of existing prints or artwork, ink or clay impressions, screenshots from your phone, and PDF documents.

For in-stock items
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout and your location.

For custom / personalized orders
Custom orders require a bit more time because every piece is made specifically for you. Here's the typical timeline:

1. Design phase: 3-5 business days after we receive your photo. During this time, we create your digital proof and send it to you for review.
2. Your approval: Take as long as you need. Request revisions at no charge until you're satisfied.
3. Production: 3-5 business days after you approve the final proof.
4. Shipping: 1-3 business days depending on your location and shipping method.

Total estimated timeline
Most custom orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your photo and details. Rush processing may be available -- contact us if you have a deadline.

Note: The day you place your order is considered day 0. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During peak holiday season (November-December), timelines may extend slightly.

You approve everything before we make it

Every custom order includes a free digital proof sent to you by email. You'll review the design and work directly with us to make sure every detail is right. You can request as many revisions as you need - there's no limit and no extra charge.

Nothing ships until you say so

Your item only goes into production after you've approved the final proof. If something doesn't look right, we fix it. You're never locked into a design you're not happy with.

If something goes wrong after delivery

If your order arrives damaged, or the final product doesn't match your approved proof, reach out to us and we'll make it right. We stand behind the quality of every piece we produce.
